Who doesn’t love a good arancini ball? Our ones are stuffed with porcini mushroom and white truffle, served with creamy chipotle aioli – making it the perfect bite sized entrée.

Topped with heirloom tomato, chickpea purée, basil oil and green olive, our toasted bruschetta is a refreshing and crunchy starter with a strong kick in flavour.
3. SOY ANGUST BEEF BRISKET
Warm up this winter with our new melt-in-your-mouth soy angus beef brisket, a tender and tasty main served with crispy scallion and green beans.
4. SALMON WITH SWEET PEA PUREE
Accompanied by sweet pea purée, caperberry, sauce vierge and pea shoots, our salmon dish is an ideal lunch option for something substantial but not too heavy.
5. HARISSA SPICED LAMB RUMP
Our decadent harissa spiced lamb rump with pumpkin parmesan purée, black quinoa, rosemary and pepitas is every bit as hearty and delicious as it looks.

If creamy desserts are right up your alley, then you can’t go wrong with our buttermilk panna cotta with peanut butter crunch, preserved apricot and mint.
